Sales Assistant / Internal Sales Role
We are looking for someone with a friendly and bright personality, who enjoys working in a team environment.
We are a young company with a passion for growing our business through exceptional customer service and providing the best products available.
The Role:
Immediate start available in our Morningside office.
At least 50% of the role is inbound enquiries and this is crucial to our business. You must:
- love talking to people
- love selling our sustainable products
- have persistance and tenacity to follow up leads and provide exceptional customer service
- be happy to constantly better your product knowledge and skills
- be able to provide excellent over the phone product advice and handle pricing queries with inbound customers, and provide written quotations for various products
- be able to handle our scheduling for consultants and provide support to the sales team
The other half of the role involves:
- assisting with marketing campaigns
- implementing business development initiatives
- administration duties
We have an expectation of the applicant having:
- an excellent telephone manner
- persistance and motivation to get the booking and follow up the leads
- a desire to provide outstanding customer service
- strong administration and proficient computer skills
- a proven track record of successfully selling. Ideally the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years similar experience.
Constant on the job training provided in-house along with professional Solahart sales training.
